Kapil has spent 17 years working in various facets of the financial markets. For the past seven years Kapil helped grow and exit two successful financial technology companies, Creditex (now a subsidiary of the Intercontinental Exchange) and Tradescape (now a subsidiary of E*Trade). These firms' products spanned fixed income, equities, and derivatives. Kapil's responsibilities included leading strategic transactions, financial structuring/analysis, and launching new technology focused business lines on a global basis. Prior to his operational involvement in entrepreneurial technology companies, Kapil worked as a private equity investor at Advent International and as an investment banker in the New York and London offices of Salomon Brothers.
Kapil holds a dual BS/BA in Economics and Finance from Boston University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a Brookline Scholar.

Naeem has 18 years of experience in the financial markets, of which eight years were spent in corporate development for institutional brokerage firms; Creditex and Fimat USA (now known as Newedge USA). For both these firms, Naeem built and managed new lines of business, conducted corporate M&A, and was responsible for corporate strategy and finance. During this time, Naeem launched a number of electronic trading platforms in the fixed-income, derivatives and equity markets. In addition Naeem has equity sales and trading experience from Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch.
Naeem holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University; and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Chief Operating Officer
Kent has spent 15 years working in the financial services industry focusing on OTC and commodities markets, with broad experience in developing operational and systems solutions to support new and existing businesses. Kent spent 5 years in an institutional brokerage firm, Calyon Financial, where he developed and managed strategic programs to streamline business line operations, built electronic trading platforms, and was responsible for OTC initiatives. Prior to his involvement in institutional brokerage, Kent spent 10 years working as a consultant, entrepreneur, and manager for international banks.
Kent holds a BFA from the University of Montana.

Chief Technology Officer
Laks has over 20 years of experience in the development of complex software applications, the last 13 of which have been in finance and trading platforms. At UBS Investment bank and Citigroup capital markets, Laks led and managed large Global technology teams focusing on institutional markets. In finance, Laks has broad experience in developing applications front to back, working closely with the business in Trading, Research, Sales and Middle office. Prior to his involvement with finance, Laks spent 7 years working with IBM in software development, right from the inception of web technology.
Laks holds a BE in Electronics and communication from Anna University, India.
