John Patrick McEvoy
In 1986, Mr. McEvoy started in the financial service business at PaineWebber where he managed short-term institutional mutual funds. He moved to Bankers Trust in 1989 as a Member of the Insurance Coverage Group that focused on the marketing of derivative products to an institutional client base. In 1996, Mr. McEvoy joined Deutsche Bank to build an Insurance coverage team for derivative products. He co-founded Creditex Group, Inc. (formerly Creditex, Inc.) in 1999 and served as its co-chairman. Creditex Group, Inc. grew to be the largest inter-dealer broker in credit default swaps and was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (Ticker: ICE) in 2008.

Richard Korhammer
Mr. Korhammer's career has been focused on building or growing companies within the technology and finance sectors. Mr. Korhammer was CEO, co-founder and chairman of Lava Trading Inc., which he successfully guided from its inception in 1999 to its sale to and acquisition by Citigroup in 2004. Investors in Lava included TA Associates, Schroders PLC, and LaBranche & Co. Inc. Prior to co-founding Lava, Mr. Korhammer worked for NeXT Computers, founded by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Computers. At NeXT, he worked closely with Wall Street firms in the analysis of NeXTStep's custom application development architecture in the area of proprietary trading solutions. After leaving NeXT in 1993, Richard began consulting to Wall Street firms and founded his own management-consulting firm in 1997. As a consultant, he provided strategic, technical and advisory services and served as lead partner for numerous commercial and investment banks as well as money managers. Mr. Korhammer is currently the Executive Chairman of The Receivables Exchange www.receivablesxchange.com.

Grant Biggar
Mr. Biggar was most recently President of Creditex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE). Mr. Biggar joined Creditex in early 2000 as one of the first employees. From 2002-2009, while based in London, he led the Creditex European business. Under his leadership the European team revolutionized the inter-dealer CDS market by successfully introducing electronic trading and becoming one of the top CDS inter-dealer brokers in the market. Mr. Biggar was appointed President of Creditex in 2009 and served in that capacity until late 2012. During his time as President he successfully managed the integration of Creditex into ICE and led the evolution of the business as the markets became more regulated and transparent. Prior to joining Creditex, Mr. Biggar ran CDS desks for ICAP in New York and Sydney. Mr. Biggar has a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University, New Zealand and is a Qualified Accountant and member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
